Designed and operated by pilots for pilots, the Maritime Simulation and Resource Centre (MSRC) provides advanced marine pilot training, and is also a world-class turnkey port procedural development facility. Founded in 2005, MSRC is a division of the Corporation of Lower St. Lawrence Pilots.
